If you're interested in studying abroad for a semester or summer, attend one of these interest meetings to begin your journey. While there is NO commitment to study abroad required to attend, students who want to go abroad for a semester/summer must attend one of these sessions to begin the preparation process. CGE will no longer be holding individual meetings for initial interest.

Gilman Scholarship Workshops
What is the Gilman Scholarship?: "The U.S. Department of State’s Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship Program enables students of limited financial means to study or intern abroad, providing them with skills critical to our national security and economic prosperity. To be eligible for the Gilman Program, applicants must receive a Federal Pell Grant during the time of application or provide proof that they will receive a Pell Grant during the term of their study abroad program or internship."

Undergraduate students who have participated in an education abroad experience and met minimum GPA requirements will be invited to join the Phi Beta Delta honor society.

Scholarship Applications
- Spring & May Term Travel Scholarship Applications: November 15
- Fall and Winter Break Travel Scholarship Applications: May 15
Short-Term Travel Payments
Travelers can make payments toward their trip balance on their student account online payment portal, accessed via AMOS. Travelers have the option to pay the balance in full, or pay in increments through the respective due date listed below.
- Winter Break Travel: The entire balance for Winter Break trips is due by October 15.
- Spring Break Travel: The entire balance for Spring Break trips is due by November 15.
- May Term & Summer Travel: The entire balance for May term and Summer trips is due by February 15.
