Employee SHARE Team

The Employee SHARE Team meets regularly to coordinate support services for employees identified through reports to the SHARE process to ensure a collaborative approach and the best possible outcomes for individual employees and the community as a whole. The following individuals are members of the Employee SHARE Team:

  • Greg Meyer, Dean for Community Wellness (Chair)
  • Dior Mariano, Director of Human Resources
  • Leah Naso, Dean for Compliance, Training & Development
  • Kayti Protos, LCSW, Director of the Master of Social Work Program/Assistant Professor

Mission Statement

The Employee SHARE Team aims to:

  • coordinate resources for all employees who need support personally or professionally;
  • facilitate intentional conversations around employee wellness and community engagement;
  • cultivate an inclusive and supportive environment for all employees.
